Charlene has 23 years experience in coastal Maine ocean front real estate. Charlene started in the industry owning her own real estate company in southern Maine before joining Maine Coast Properties in 2002. She studied finance and accounting and attended Harvard studying Commercial Real Estate and Property Development. To her credit is the successful marketing and sales of several multi-million dollar commercial properties with an emphasis in the hospitality industry. Having owned and operated hospitality type businesses gives her that additional insight that the average commercial broker might not have. Additionally she has been actively involved in the residential market, including coastal homes, high rise condominiums, and has marketed and sold several condominium developments. Having lived on the water front in Southern Maine for over 27 years, and her personal investments in coastal properties, gives her first hand knowledge into the area and needs of both her new and life time clients that she has developed over the years.
